I am a professional key presser: I write programs for a living, while I learn and teach to actually live.

This is my diary on the internet for things I am trying to understand.

I like learning from first principles: start with the basic problem, build the idea slowly, and only then accept the abstraction.

Most of the writing starts with programming, but the curiosity is wider than that: mathematics, physics, systems, tools, and anything else that feels worth taking apart carefully.

At Cvent, I work on an internal framework for building web apps with Next.js, Nx build tooling, and AWS CDK for cloud and infrastructure.
